We had a huge extended family. Unfortunately, they were all across the Atlantic. So when it was holiday time, it was usually just us. And sweet Mariskaneni. Sometimes we were with our family that lived in Ohio. Those were great Thanksgiving and Christmases usually full of snow and lots of cousins.
